Job summary

Kueski, a leading MX BNPL and online credit platform, is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning in a fast-paced environment. You will translate complex data into strategic insights for executive decisions and strengthen capital efficiency while supporting sustainable growth.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong financial acumen, and experience in private capital management or financial services. Fluency in Spanish and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to model the three core financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
• Experience in lending/financial services is preferred.
• Background in private capital management or investment management is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and long-term planning.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executives.
• Strengthen planning discipline and capital efficiency.
• Partner with business units and leadership to develop accurate forecasts and plans.
• Deliver KPI tracking and monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reporting packages.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
• Improve planning processes and leverage AI tools to speed analysis.
