Job summary
Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a seasoned FP&A Head in Mexico City to lead planning cycles, consolidate reporting and provide strategic business insights. You will partner with the leadership team to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across P&L and CAPEX, ensuring data integrity and proactive risk/opportunity analysis.
The role requires 8+ years in finance, strong English, and advanced Excel along with SAP/Tagetik and BI experience to enable automation and improved
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.
- 8+ years of relevant Finance experience, preferably FP&A in FMCG.
- Proficiency in English and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP, Tagetik and BI tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate planning cycles end-to-end (LE, Budget, MTP).
- Own financial reporting and performance analysis across P&L and CAPEX.
- Consolidate reporting to HQ and management; drive monthly business reviews.
- Partner with CFO and senior stakeholders; translate results into actions.
- Drive governance, data integrity and a single source of truth.
- Coach and develop FP&A team; manage roles and processes.
- Lead scenario planning, financial simulations and decision support.
- Advise on automation, analytics, and digital tool adoption.
