Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance within the insurance sector.
• Expert-level understanding of P&L structures, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
• Strong desire to pivot into a commercial role with knowledge of HKRBC or IFRS 17.

• Own the monthly business review process and create compelling narratives.
• Monitor the Cash Conversion Cycle and optimize liquidity.
• Conduct in-depth Value vs. Cost analyses for marketing strategies.
