Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Business Financial Services to partner with R&D and NPI, delivering cost control and activity reporting for the AOP and forecasts.

Based in the Regional Finance Center in San Luis Potosí, you will analyze monthly/quarterly results, identify trends, and present findings to senior management while maintaining high controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and revenue recognition.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

• R&D activities and support: appraisal and management of product offerings with PMO collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering Managers on cost and resource requirements.
• Prepare forecasting framework (SRO) and budget/AOP.
• Collaborate with PMO on PFAT to finalize the AOP and CTO approvals.
• Work with leadership on Capex status and adjusted estimates.
• One-stop reporting to CTOs on all R&D spend.
• Month-end activities including project settlements and accruals.
• Lead report-out meetings with PMO reviewing actuals vs forecast.
• Perform ad hoc project setup and cost/profit data management.
