Baxter is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial support and guidance to corporate functions, including operating plans and forecasting, partnering with leaders to drive the business to meet financial goals.

This role requires a CPA or equivalent knowledge with 3+ years in accounting/finance, strong ERP and Power BI experience, and excellent communication to engage with management across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in accounting and finance.
• The role requires theoretical insight and applied familiarity with process management, financial planning and actuals reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Power BI and JD Edwards experience are a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Own Annual Operating Plan and forecasting for the company’s support departments.
• Deploy, and manage standard processes, reporting and analytics, cost governance, and business partnership across the global workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and implement continuous improvement to financial processes and models.
• Identify areas of financial risk through proactive and regular collaboration with department heads.
• Support preparation of and present monthly financial attainment.
• Lead discussions regarding financial health of the organization.
