Signify in Huixquilucan, Mexico is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to manage end-to-end replenishment and ensure product availability for customers.

You will develop rolling forecasts, coordinate POs, collaborate with suppliers, and monitor inventory to optimize service levels and costs. The role is on-site and requires SAP IBP knowledge and strong English proficiency. 3–5 years in procurement/supply chain is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience primarily in Procurement/Purchasing, including supplier management, purchase planning, order management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP and experience working with supply chain planning tools and processes.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to proactively drive activities and resolve issues.
• This is an on-site position located in Huixquilucan, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end replenishment and fulfillment process to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, planning parameters, intake plans, and inventory levels to optimize availability and minimize costs.
• Release and monitor POs according to the supply plan, coordinating vendor confirmations and ensuring the full MTS/MTO fulfillment cycle through product availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery and service levels.
• Analyze fulfillment, availability, and inventory performance; identify risks and opportunities; and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and costs.
