Bosch México in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Finished Goods Planning professional to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory using SAP and planning systems. You will balance production schedules, coordinate shipments, and support multiple Business Units to meet demand.

The role requires 2–5 years in planning, SAP experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Fluency in Spanish and advanced English is expected. On-site position in Juárez with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Bilingual: Spanish & Advanced English.
• 2–5 years of planning experience in Finished Goods, Customer Service or Raw Materials.
• Experience managing customer portals from Ford, Mercedes, FCA, among others.
• Experience in SAP, Material Planning Systems, BW/BO/Tableau.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Control resources to cover customer demand on time with correct quantities.
• Create and follow weekly/daily production schedule to avoid shortages.
• Control finished goods inventory and obsolescence.
• Coordinate shipment according to customer requirements to avoid premium freight.
• Maintain a 100% on-time delivery performance rating.
• Support other departments with finished goods requirements and procurement improvements.
