CEMEX in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Financial Information Analyst to consolidate operative and financial data across business units and deliver timely, decision-ready reporting for the Controller, CFO and CEO. You will drive IFRS-compliant consolidation, KPI analysis, and senior-management presentations.

The role requires strong accounting, Excel and Power BI skills, experience with SAP/HFM, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or finance with strong accounting foundation.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• 3–5 years in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Experience in multinational environments or Big Four is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial information from all business units and explain variances versus prior year, budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Controller, CFO and CEO, including results analysis and KPIs.
• Consolidate and validate information per IFRS guidelines.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analyses to Planning, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and tax.
• Support the closing calendar and monitor deadlines until resolution.
• Maintain and improve reporting tools and automate processes to shorten cycles.
• Prepare supporting analysis for quarterly earnings materials and management reviews.
