The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years of experience in finance, with strong English, GAAP knowledge (U.S. and Mexican), and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, or financial close.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for leaders and functional teams.
• Support annual operating plan (AOP) and forecasting processes.
• Assist in month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial information.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial data for integrity.
• Generate financial and statistical reports on performance, costs, and variances.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial initiatives.
• Support audits with documentation and financial support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
• Participate in special finance, controls, and business analysis projects.
• Monitor KPIs and support performance evaluations.
