Alcon Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Business Planning & Analysis to support the Global BPA VC Franchise Team in short- and long-term financial planning and analysis.

You will analyze P&L, statements, working capital, costs, prices, and margins, and build models to forecast impacts of transactions and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with multiple functions to provide financial insights, support month-end close, and help deliver quarterly business reviews while developing

Formación

• BS degree with 5+ years of experience in finance or related field; MS with 2+ years is also acceptable.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Month End Close processes, including data collection for accruals and reserves.
• Prepare financial reports: income statements, balance sheets, cash flows and variance analyses.
• Support forecasting, cost center management, and strategic decision modelling for the Vision Care franchise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial insights and improve metrics.
