Novartis Farmacéutica is seeking a Business Planning and Analysis Manager to support Real Estate and Facility Services in the US with analytics, reporting and forecasts, delivering insights that impact P&L. You will partner with management to provide decision support and drive financial performance.

The role requires a University degree (MBA preferred) and accounting/finance experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational conversion of BPA strategic goals within US Real Estate and Facility Services; provide management with accurate analysis for reviews and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities and make mitigation recommendations.
• Manage financial analysis and decision support for investments/projects in a domain.
• Ensure ongoing business performance is monitored and measured; drive early resource redirection with Business Partners.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and Strategic Planning with accurate information.
• Ensure data integrity and provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide well-managed, quality financial analysis to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking.
• Streamline and improve management reporting processes and support lean initiatives.
