• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience in direct material procurement.
• Experience with RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify cost reduction opportunities from historical and projected material consumption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Materials, and Manufacturing to reflect needs in contracts.
• Develop win/win supplier relationships to achieve business plan objectives.
• Analyze direct material spend and classify spend by category.
• Develop cost reduction plans aligned with category strategy.
• Conduct quotations and negotiations according to strategy.
• Support long-term contracts that lower costs year over year.
• Assist operational buyers in resolving supplier issues.
