Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, ideally with automotive electronics or sensors. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are essential.

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Experience in automotive electronics, sensors, or semiconductor-based products preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Develop demand forecasts at product, customer, and vehicle-program level.
• Manage demand planning for sensors with long lead-time components.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variability.
