Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in FP&A, controlling, or similar finance role.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and planning software.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reviews and reconciliations, investigate items.
• Post journal entries including accruals and adjustments.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Assist audits with documentation and reconciliations.
• Analyze AR/AP processes and cash flow impact.
• Conduct in-depth actuals, variance, and trend analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
