Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Buyer in Chihuahua to manage purchasing and material replenishment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will monitor MRP, Kanban, and purchase orders to ensure continuous supply while driving cost reductions and supplier performance improvements.

Fluency in English and ERP proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Kanban, pull systems, lean manufacturing, or supplier management is highly valued.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchasing activities and material replenishment for assigned commodities
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
• Monitor MRP requirements, Kanban levels, and purchase orders to ensure continuous supply
• Drive inventory optimization, supplier performance improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
• Support sourcing projects and help implement lean manufacturing practices across the supply chain
• Resolve delivery, quality, cost, and inventory-related challenges while maintaining excellent customer service levels
