Versigent seeks a Finance lead to provide financial, operational and portfolio support for the Americas real estate group, with emphasis on Mexico and North America. You will develop budgets, monitor forecasts, analyze variances and support CAPEX planning across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, EHS and Facility Management to ensure cost transparency, timely reporting and compliant financial governance while supporting annual close and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience in finance, accounting, real estate operations, facilities management, or business analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts for facility operations, maintenance, utilities, EHS and housekeeping.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting and forecasting for GRE-managed locations.
• Manage site operating expenses and support CAPEX planning, tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate utility payments, property tax payments and other real estate related financial obligations.
• Manage vendor invoicing, purchase requisitions, accruals and financial reconciliations.
• Oversee chargebacks and intercompany billing for facility services, utilities and shared operating costs.
• Provide budget and financial support for GRE projects and strategic initiatives.
• Download, validate and analyse energy consumption and utility data for assigned locations.
• Monitor operating costs for the Mexico Technical Center, Troy HQ and other assigned Americas sites.
• Support local site leadership with financial reporting, cost transparency and budget management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, EHS, Facility Management and external service providers.
• Support annual close, audits and compliance reporting activities.

Provide financial, operational, portfolio and transactional support for the Americas real estate portfolio. The role acts as the primary coordinator for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting, lease and vendor administration, utilities management and site financial governance across a focused portfolio of locations, with particular emphasis on Mexico and North America.

Requirements

• Fluent English (required).
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
