Under Armour in Mexico is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help foster a high-performance culture across the store.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales and merchandise data, guiding presentation, and ensuring loss prevention measures are followed. You will collaborate with regional teams and contribute to onboarding and training efforts.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs during shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
