Under Armour in Pachuca is seeking a dedicated Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, help them find apparel and footwear, and process purchases at the point of sale with upbeat service and product knowledge.

You will also stock and tidy the store, support omni-channel requests, and participate in ongoing training to grow with the team. Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends is required, along with a collaborative spirit and comfort with technology.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

• Deliver omni‑channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour’s attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand‑held and mobile devices)
