Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business, and leading a team. The role includes overseeing store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, inventory control, expense management, and operational cost oversight.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall daily operations of the store.
• Maintaining high operational and merchandising standards.
• Achieving sales targets and maximizing productivity by analyzing business needs and implementing appropriate actions.
• Proactively responding to business trends and needs.
• Building a high-performance team and fostering a premium selling culture.
• Participating in all store operations, including recruiting, training staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Leading the team in delivering omni-channel services and initiatives.
