IBM seeks a QA/Test Developer for Storage in a hybrid Guadalajara setting. You will develop testing standards, collaborate across teams from story conception to deployment, and perform exploratory testing to uncover defects while guiding root-cause analysis and prevention.

You will drive test automation for unit, integration, and functional tests, acting as a client advocate for quality, usability, and documentation.

Formación

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in C and Python with scripting and data analytics.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Knowledge of exploratory testing and QA practices.
