Four Seasons Punta Mita seeks a Steward to support the food & beverage outlets with exceptional cleanliness and careful handling of utensils, tableware, and kitchenware. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitation standards and contributing to a premium guest experience at a luxury resort.

The position focuses on consistent, detail-oriented cleaning, safe chemical handling, and collaboration with kitchen teams to ensure flawless operations in a high-end hospitality environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

What you will do:
