Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA seeks a Mid-Level Design & Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in stamped doors to lead the technical development, packaging, and release of side door assemblies in a hybrid role.

You will work cross-functionally with OEM plants, CAE groups, and Tier-1 suppliers to balance structural integrity with complex packaging requirements for glass guidance, seals, hinges, and trim interfaces, from CAD surfaces to production launch.

Formación

• Automotive design/engineering experience.
• Understanding of stamping processes and DFMA.
• Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stamped door DRE management for side door assemblies (inner/outer panels, reinforcements).
• Coordinate packaging and interfaces for hinges, latches, window regulators, seals, and weather-strips.
• Perform CAD packaging studies and clearance evaluations in NX or CATIA.
• Collaborate with stamping/tooling teams to ensure manufacturability and DFMA compliance.
• Establish GD&T schemes and maintain BOM accuracy; support prototype builds and validation.
