Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group in Mexico is seeking a Stage Manager for JOYÀ, the resident show with a dining experience. You will bridge Artistic, Technical and Operational teams, call shows, manage rehearsals, and oversee backstage operations alongside Grupo Vidanta.

The role requires a college diploma, 4+ years of relevant experience, English fluency, and strong communication skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Show calling experience is required; aerial act calling experience preferred.
• Must have a college diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant stage management experience.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or other languages is an asset.
• Fluency of Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multicultural experience is an asset.
• Experience on large-scale productions is a plus.
• First Aid/CPR training is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Call the full show, including all contingencies and versions, safely and artistically accurate.
• Call and lead the show team through a rescue procedure, show stop, and show restart.
• Create and distribute the show report in a timely manner.
• Run the Backstage Manager track and be validated for a rescue as Backstage Manager.
• Run the Stage Management Rover track, including communications in rescue scenarios and supporting lineup changes.
