Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group seeks a seasoned head of Acrobatic Rigging for its Nuevo Vallarta show. You will oversee rigging staff, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring safe, high‑quality performances and compliance with safety standards. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will plan projects, manage budgets and procurement, supervise rehearsals, and coordinate with artistic and stage management. Fluent English; Spanish helpful; willingness to relocate.

Formación

• At least 5 years in live entertainment (circus/theatre/stadium) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of rigging techniques and fall-protection equipment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a valuable asset.
• Able to relocate to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Acrobatic Rigging team and supervise rigging staff.
• Act as the lead rigger during rehearsals and performances.
• Coordinate with artistic and stage management to support rehearsals and performances.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections and documentation of rigging equipment.
• Manage department budgeting, procurement and staff schedules.
