What you’ll do

• Build and evolve mission-critical applications in .NET Core / C#.
• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Integrate with modern frontends in Angular.
• Deploy to hybrid environments (Windows, Linux, AWS/Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET Core / C# development.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and advanced query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid and cloud deployments.
• Product-first ownership mindset: full accountability from code to production.
• Nice to have: prior experience in health-tech startups or corporate spin-offs.
