You will collaborate with product, design, and SRE teams to deliver high-quality systems, ensure security and performance, and promote an autonomous, collaborative engineering culture at Spin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with scalable, high-performance apps.
• Advanced expertise in .NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and secure coding practices.
• Proficient in TDD/ATDD/BDD and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to squads, ensuring high-quality development aligned with business goals.
• Lead complex software architecture design for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Influence technology strategy and long-term engineering priorities.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and secure coding practices in projects.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business leaders on technical solutions.
