Spin is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale AI-powered products across our ecosystem. You will embed in squads to bring production-ready AI solutions, from LLM-based experiences to internal copilots that transform how teams operate.

You will deploy scalable AI systems, integrate with real systems, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to deliver measurable business impact. Expect a hands-on role shaping AI engineering standards and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data & Tech, with 3+ years in AI/ML and hands-on senior roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, CS, applied Math, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Gen AI (LLMs, RAGs, Agents).
• Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI) and big data frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and MLOps tools for model tracking.
• Strong communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots).
• Design and implement scalable AI systems in production.
• Work across full lifecycle: prototype → deploy → optimize.
• Integrate models with APIs, data platforms, and workflows.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops for AI products.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to ship real impact.
