Nutanix is offering a Systems Reliability Engineering Intern (6 months) in Mexico City, starting February 2027. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is aimed at final-year students to gain real-world experience and work with a global support team.

You will learn Nutanix technology, assist enterprise customers, and collaborate with partners to resolve complex problems while building your technical and professional skills in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Final year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Networking/Systems Admin/CS or related field.
• Knowledge of Linux, Networking, Virtualization and Storage technologies.
• Fluent in English (B2) and legally eligible to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Nutanix technology and culture under guidance from team members.
• Support customers to maximize value from the Nutanix platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, contributing to customer success and loyalty.
• Collaborate with partners and Engineering to drive product improvements based on feedback.
