Swiss Re in Mexico City seeks an organized, dependable professional to support the P&C Treaty Underwriting team. You will perform administrative and operational tasks, ensuring data quality and compliance across underwriting systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, Claims, and other functions to resolve operational matters and strengthen controls. Graduates are welcome, with administration or Insurance/Reinsurance experience a plus.

• Graduates welcome; prior admin or Insurance/Reinsurance experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data literacy; ability to read and interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Provide underwriting support for non-client-facing activities in P&C treaty processes.
• Ensure data quality and accurate capture in underwriting tools and systems for Finance, Claims, and Reserving.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on contractual documentation and information.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Claims, Legal, IT to exchange information and resolve operational matters.
• Support end-to-end coordination of the assigned business segment to achieve internal controls.

Provides operational support to the P&C Treaty Underwriting team, working closely with underwriters and other key functions to ensure the efficient, compliant, and timely execution of business processes. The role focuses on operational coordination, data quality, and adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide underwriting support for non-client-facing activities, including administrative and operational tasks related to P&C treaty processes.

Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuratecapture of data in underwriting tools and systems for use by functions such as Finance, Accounting, Claims, and Reserving.

Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls, and regulatory requirements, in line with applicable policies and guidelines.

Coordinate and follow up on contractual documentation and assigned business information.

Collaborate with other functions (Accounting, Claims, Legal, IT, among others) to exchange information and support the resolution of operational matters.

Support the end-to-end coordination of the assigned business segment, contributing to the achievement of internal controls and operational objectives.

• Position is also suitable for graduates howeverprevious working experience in administration or Insurance/Reinsurance is an advantage.
