Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Juarez, Mexico, onsite. You will lead monthly planning for multiple sites, drive inventory optimization, and align with demand planning to meet customer requirements.

This role reports to the Sr Material Mgmt Manager and requires strong experience with Kinaxis and SAP APO. You will influence strategic supply chain decisions, coordinate with global teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to global

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• English advanced.
• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or related areas.
• Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly planning cycle for all sites and network planning ensuring finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and align with business goals.
• Partner with the SBG COE team as the SME for your business to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning and ensure full utilization of Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool.
• Support and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.
• Support development of the supply/inventory planning teams through training, coaching and mentoring for progression and succession.
• Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and present risks and mitigations to Business leadership in Reconciliation and Executive meetings.
• Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio.
• Focus on building a world-class team, utilizing Lean Six Sigma, driving continuous improvement across KPIs.

Job Description

As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving excellence and innovation within our supply chain operations. You will oversee and lead the supply planning process for complex and critical products, developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure proactive alignment with customer demand.

You will report directly to our Sr Material Mgmt Manager and you'll work out of our Juarez, Chihuahua location on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the BA business. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly planning cycle for all your sites and network planning ensuring finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
• Partner with the SBG COE team as the SME for your business to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning and ensure the full utilization of the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool within your business.
• Support and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.
• Support the development of the supply/inventory planning teams through training, coaching and mentoring to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.
• Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Executive meetings.
• Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio.
• Focus on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree, business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• English advanced.
• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
• Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

WE VALUE

• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
