SIG Group in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Senior Specialist Network & cybersecurity for Shared Services to maintain secure, available network infrastructure and support global communications.

The role leads incidents, implements improvements, coordinates projects, and provides on-call support; requires 3–5 years in network security, Azure networking knowledge, and strong collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 3–5 years experience in network security technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Azure network technologies desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, analyzes, and optimizes the network infrastructure to ensure security, availability, and performance.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves network incidents while driving continuous improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
• Coordinates and leads network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with technical and security requirements.
• Provides technical support for network infrastructure, resolving issues and ensuring business continuity.
• Supports change management initiatives and develops users' technical capabilities to promote the effective adoption of network solutions.
• Configures, tests, and deploys network infrastructure enhancements, ensuring compliance with operational and security standards.
• Participates in the global on-call rotation, providing support for critical network and network security incidents to ensure operational continuity.

Sr Specialist Network & Cibersecurity – Shared Services

We are hiring a Sr Specialist Network & Cibersecurity to support our BSC operations,ensuring the availability of network assets by configuring them to meet organizational needs, promoting high-performance, flexible and secure communication between internal and external applications.

This role plays a key part in ensures that the network and its assets are available and always working at high performance, optimizing communication and operational efficiency of all company communications across the local and global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, and optimizes the network infrastructure to ensure security, availability, and performance.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related areas Experience in Network Security technologies, 3-5 years Knowledge of Azure network technologies desirable Works effectively across IT teams, security, application owners, and global stakeholders to keep the network aligned with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Languages

Advanced English, fluent in spoken and written, capable of preparing for and participating in specialist meetings and discussions
