We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (Sr. SDE) to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of modern digital experiences for a global audience. This role combines deep full stack engineeringexpertisewith AI-driven software development practices, enabling teams to accelerate innovation through intelligent automation and generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a proventrack recordof driving architecture decisions, leading complex engineering initiatives, and mentoring engineers. They will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Platform, and Security teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing applications while helping shape the organization’s technical strategy and AI adoption roadmap.They will also integrate enterprise SaaS platforms and third-party services to deliver connected customer experiences and business workflows.

Software Engineering & Architecture:
Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of highly scalable customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.
Own end-to-end technical solutions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple systems, teams, and business domains.
Define and drive architectural standards, technology strategies, and platform modernization efforts focused on scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
Make critical architecture and design decisions that influence long-term engineering direction and organizational technical strategy.
Lead the evaluation,selection, and adoption of modern engineering frameworks, tools, and cloud-native technologies.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms and external APIs.
Establish and champion engineering best practices for software architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
Drive system resiliency, performance optimization, and incident response strategies across distributed systems and services.

AI-Augmented Software Development:
Lead adoption of AI-assisted software development practices that improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity.

Incorporate AI-driven capabilities into software design, development, testing, documentation, code reviews, knowledge management, and operational processes.

Generative AI Solutions & Agent Development:
Architect, design, and deliver AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent assistants, and autonomous agents that improve customer and business outcomes.
Lead integrations with enterprise AI platforms, foundation models, and large language model ecosystems.
Design advanced AI workflowsutilizingprompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, tool usage, memory management, and agent-based architectures.
