• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
• Experience with AI-Augmented Software Development practices.
• Experience building Generative AI applications, copilots, or intelligent agents.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of highly scalable customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple systems, teams, and business domains.
• Define and drive architectural standards, technology strategies, and platform modernization efforts focused on scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Make critical architecture and design decisions that influence long-term engineering direction and organizational technical strategy.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of modern engineering frameworks, tools, and cloud-native technologies.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise SaaS platforms and external APIs.
