Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. Lead operators and technicians, plan daily activities, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, technicians, and other personnel, providing guidance and feedback.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues, deviations, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and report on production performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing production team members; manage attendance and disciplinary actions.
