The primary responsibility of the CRP is to provide expert medical expertise across all aspects of the local business to enhance customer experience with the company.

The CRP's responsibilities include developing strategic medical plans for new compound launches, providing medical expertise for marketing, regulatory affairs, and PRA, among others. The CRP leads local scientific data generation and dissemination and collaborates with global teams in planning, designing, and conducting phase 3/4 studies.

Details

  • Develop medical strategies to support brand launch and lifecycle plans for drugs.
  • Plan and organize medical symposia, advisory board meetings, and facilitate interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain collaborations with external scientific experts, thought leaders, and the medical community.
  • Participate in scientific data disclosure, analysis, final reports, and data presentations.
  • Provide medical leadership in budget preparation and management.
  • Collaborate proactively with all business and cross-functional partners, demonstrating leadership behaviors.
  • Ensure all medical activities are compliant and provide medical governance for business-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Medical Doctor Degree
  • At least five years of clinical or pharmaceutical medical experience
  • Experience or knowledge of medical affairs related to new product launches is preferred
  • Ability to balance scientific and business priorities
  • Demonstrated influencing skills across functions to foster a positive working environment
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
