A leading automotive manufacturer based in Mexico City is looking for a legal expert to support labor relations and human resources. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in law, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a unionized environment, and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will advise on labor matters, support legal fee recovery, and work on CBA negotiations. The company is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Support and advise all sites’ labor relations and human resources areas on day-to-day labor matters as well as special projects.
Follow up with external law firms on labor (direct and indirect) litigations.
Support internal HR and LR teams on all matters related to unionized situations and CBA negotiations.
