Coforge is hiring a Sr Full Stack Engineer to join a hybrid team in Hermosillo, Mexico or Mexico City. The role focuses on Python/Django (DRF) and Angular, leading development, and delivering robust automotive applications alongside a motivated team.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Python/Django, Angular, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and experience with CI/CD and Swagger. PHP Slim is a bonus; you will work across UI, API, and data layers.

We at Coforge are hiring Position (22866) with the following skill set.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced all-rounder to join a highly productive and motivated team working on a robust set of dealer and consumer-facing automotive applications. While the SPAs and APIs are mature, the team is always adding new features and functionality.

This is a full-stack Python/Django (DRF) and Angular senior engineer role, capable of leading the team’s day-to-day software engineering operations. The candidate owns engineering-driven and product-driven projects from idea to done with minimal oversight, champions best practices, and works across data, API, and UI domains seamlessly. Ideally has deep experience in Django, MySQL, and Angular, with some experience in PHP (Slim framework a bonus).

Key Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing professional applications using Python and Django (Python 3.12, Django 5.2).
• 5+ years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• 5+ years building Angular SPAs (Angular 20+).
• Experience with PHP, preferably the Slim framework (PHP 8.4, Slim 4.15).
• Building and implementing user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• SaaS platform and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with Swagger or other code documentation tools.

Must-Have Skills

• Building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Orchestrated agentic development experience.
• Building responsive user interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Ability to work with QA to quickly identify and resolve tough-to-troubleshoot issues.
• Comfort building new features as well as maintaining and refactoring existing code.
• Ability to manage code changes in Git version control.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely and document processes and code.
• Ability to communicate and develop asynchronously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Ability to write efficient SQL queries using MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Automated end-to-end test experience.
• Experience with transactional email systems.Experience with messaging platforms like Twilio.
• Ability to create and troubleshoot CI/CD automations.
• Ability to create and troubleshoot Docker containers and understand containerized deployment systems.
• Experience using Figma, Trello, Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
