Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations at our San Luis Potosi / Mexico City locations on an on-site schedule. You will lead accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring integrity of financial data and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with supervisory responsibilities, strong knowledge of Mexican standards, and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and financial regulations in Mexico.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage financial processes and lead a team effectively.

Job Description

As a Sr Finance Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will support the finance team by managing financial reporting, compliance, and analysis to drive informed business decisions. You will report directly to our finance leadership and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi / Mexico City location on an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial activities including accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and financial regulations in Mexico.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage financial processes and lead a team effectively.
