We’re seeking a strategic and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join Zillow Group’s Operational Data, Analytics & Metrics team. This role will be a key partner to our engineering leaders and stakeholders, enabling a cultural shift toward data-informed decision-making across the org. You’ll play a central role in evolving our team’s function from a data provider to a proactive consultancy—translating complex business needs into high-impact metrics, tools, and insights that directly influence engineering performance.
This position directly supports our team’s core OKR: increasing actions based on our datasets and analyses. By refining and expanding our engineering productivity metrics, this analyst will help ensure our solutions remain deeply aligned with partner needs, accurate, and strategically impactful.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
