Summary

We’re looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, success, and finance to uncover trends, optimize performance, and influence key business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders such as sales and marketing to build, organize, and analyze business data and provide recommendations to drive growth, revenue, and retention
  • Build and maintain dashboards and insights or other visualization software to encourage self-service across business teams
  • Perform assessments and statistical analyses and validate clean data using a variety of business intelligence tools
  • Strategize and develop new trend and opportunity reports to boost and enhance business intelligence capabilities of the team to drive actionable insights
  • Support ongoing tracking, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators as defined by the business unit
  • Integrate with data engineering and solutions delivery teams to enable analytical reports to optimize product operations
  • Critically evaluate large data sets, assumptions, and information gathered from multiple sources
  • Work with the data engineering team to uncover unmet business needs using analytics and present findings to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or business intelligence
  • Fluent in English
  • Must have strong business acumen; you’re able to translate data to the business
  • Demonstrated strong skills experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Experience working on data warehouse deployments, data management and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Preferred to know platforms like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau, etc.
  • Previous experience in DBT or other data transformation framework is a huge plus
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Start-up mentality; able to flex and adapt quickly to changing, ambiguous environments
Locations

This role is remote and we are looking for candidates based in Latin America.
