IQVIA LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across Mexico. This role focuses on managing client relationships, overseeing project workstreams, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations and financial objectives.

The position also emphasizes coaching junior team members, strengthening delivery capabilities, reducing execution risk, and supporting growth and scalability of the consulting

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Job Overview

The Senior Consultant will lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across Mexico. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project workstreams, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and financial objectives. The position also plays a key role in coaching and developing junior team members, strengthening delivery capabilities, reducing execution risk, and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

Working Model Hybrid role requiring approximately 50% office presence in Mexico City.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
