North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to secure supplies, plan shipping, and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role supports the current product line and works to prevent backorders while coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate brings 5 years in procurement, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Smartsheet, with at least intermediate English.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in a related purchasing/procurement role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Procure supplies, materials, services, and equipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain purchase orders for the current product line and ensure on-time delivery to prevent backorders.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee movement of materials through the order fulfillment cycle.
• Communicate any actual or potential material shortages to the team.
• Ensure suppliers have all necessary product information to meet quality standards and production delivery requirements.
• Monitor internal minimum and maximum inventory levels, as well as supplier safety stock, to maximize inventory turnover while ensuring material availability.

• Create and maintain purchase orders for the current product line and ensure on‑time delivery to eliminate backorders and stockouts.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of materials throughout the order fulfillment cycle.
• Communicate any actual or potential material shortages to the team.
• Ensure suppliers have all necessary product information to meet quality standards and production delivery requirements.
• Monitor internal minimum and maximum inventory levels, as well as supplier safety stock, to maximize inventory turnover while ensuring material availability.
