Schneider Electric in Monterrey seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Order Engineering to drive requirements for SAP, align legacy and future ERP, and ensure successful knowledge transfer. You will partner with Key Users and plant management to shape the order engineering processes.

Travel up to 50% across US, Canada, and Mexico; you will lead workshops, document end-to-end processes, and support site readiness across manufacturing sites.

Formación

  • 3+ years in order engineering or plant engineering
  • Knowledge of order engineering processes across plants

Responsabilidades

  • Lead in identifying order engineering requirements and develop SAP backlog.
  • Support Product Owner in resolving legacy vs future ERP issues.
  • Transfer SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify needs and capture enhancements.
  • Lead workshops and validate end-to-end process flows for plants.

This position requires up to 50% of travel expectation within US, Canada, & Mexico.

What will you do?
  • Lead in the identification of order engineering/application engineering business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.
  • Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems
  • Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
  • Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.
  • Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops
  • Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants
  • Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc)
  • Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)
  • Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current order engineering/application engineering processes and systems
Link with Site
  • Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management.
  • Participate in End User Training.
  • Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables.
  • Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing.
Working conditions:
  • Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Degree (application/mechanical etc.) is required.
  • 3+ years of work experience in the area of order engineering, plant engineering.
  • Knowledge of order engineering/application engineering operations and business processes across plants.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools such as ACE, Order Engineering systems, and Order Data Management systems.
  • Experience with Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, and Make-to-Order processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Change management and communication skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities.
  • Listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving.
