• 3–4 years of business systems analysis or relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to work in an international environment.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client requirements and translate into functional specs for developers.
• Review acceptance tests and refine user stories with the team.
• Perform functional and technical specification collaboration.
• Support test planning and traceability from requirements to tests.
• Ensure timely communication and risk management within the team.

Responsibilities & Deliverables: the deliverables will include, but are not limited to the following

• Analyzing the new requirements from our clients and translating into functional specifications for the product developers
• Reviewing the acceptance tests associated with the acceptance criteria - Evolving the details of the user stories through conversations with the developers.
• Functional review of the product after each iteration
• Attending iteration retrospectives to provide feedback and improve the development process.
• Becoming very familiar with the products and applications comprising the assigned line of business’ technology landscape.
• Providing configuration application to support business requirements and design (including mock-ups), assists in developing test plans, creation and maintenance of configuration documentation, operational procedures and guidelines, identifying and documenting issues, recommending resolutions.
• Collaborating with team members to create detailed functional and/or technical specifications.
• Using development specifications to establish traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction through promptness in responding to calls, emails for assistance, queries.
• Establishing effective working relationships within the project team
• Timely and effectively communicating within project team to manage risks and escalations

Essential skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Maths, Computer Science or I.T. Related degree
• 3-4 years of business systems analysis or relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. English (fluent written and oral) and ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomous, self-motivated, curious and open-minded.
• Assertiveness and abilities to clearly express themselves. Product support and troubleshooting.
• Project management, abilities to focus on project deliverables.
• Analytical skills and experience.
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and corresponding concepts related to user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Technical, analytical, and development skills including the ability to provide solutions to a variety of business problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think ‘out of the box’ for process improvements.
• Ability to execute test plans and test scripts for software applications, document expected results vs. actual results, and record software defects.

The following skills are not essential but would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of SQL and Scripting
• Knowledge of computer systems architecture
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of tools – Excel. Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Access etc.
• Programming in MS technologies (C#. ASP, .NET etc.) – to a lesser extent
• Data analysis - able to collect and analyze data to identify and detect problems and key issues
• Judgment and problem-solving - able to define decision criteria and determine the most appropriate course of action
• Planning and organizational skills - able to establish objectives and schedule tasks and resources efficiently
• Communication skills - strong written communication skills to provide concise and clear documentation
• Attention to detail and quality orientation - able to accurately check processes and outputs
