Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst – R2R in Mexico to support daily treasury and Record-to-Report activities, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of cash and bank transactions.

The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to deliver timely financial information. You will assist with month-end close, audit readiness, and ERP system activities, gaining exposure to treasury processes and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, treasury, or R2R.
• Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unmatched transactions.
• Record and post bank transactions and treasury-related journal entries in the ERP system.
• Support daily cash position reporting and cash balance monitoring.
• Assist with cash application, intercompany transactions, and bank-related accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for treasury and accounting transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, clearing accounts, and other balance sheet accounts related to cash.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist with preparation of treasury reports and basic cash flow information.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation and transaction support.

Junior Treasury Analyst – R2R

Job Summary

The Junior Treasury Analyst will support daily treasury and Record-to-Report activities, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of cash and bank transactions. The role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unmatched transactions.
• Record and post bank transactions and treasury-related journal entries in the ERP system.
• Support daily cash position reporting and cash balance monitoring.
• Assist with cash application, intercompany transactions, and bank-related accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for treasury and accounting transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, clearing accounts, and other balance sheet accounts related to cash.
• Identify and follow up on reconciliation differences and open items.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist with preparation of treasury reports and basic cash flow information.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation and transaction support.
• Follow established accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Work with internal teams to resolve payment, banking, and accounting issues.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within Treasury and R2R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Record-to-Report processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system is preferred.
• English proficiency suitable for working in a global business environment.
