Baxter International Inc. in Monterrey is seeking an experienced Materials Procure­ment professional to execute and supervise operational activities ensuring timely supply of inputs, effective inventory control, and adherence to corporate processes.

The role requires 5 years in Materials, Purchasing, or Supply Chain, with engineering background and intermediate English, and will involve sourcing from domestic and international suppliers within a robust ERP environment.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in Materials, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Engineering or related field degree.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Vendor performance tracking and evaluation.
• Plan, develop and control materials procurement from domestic and international suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the materials procurement process.
• Track purchase orders, delivery dates, quantities, and commercial deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Analyze material requirements and identify supply risks.
• Keep Materials, purchase orders and supplier data updated in ERP systems.

Responsable de ejecutar y supervisar las actividades operativas de suministro de materiales, garantizando la disponibilidad oportuna de insumos para respaldar las operaciones, un control de inventario eficaz y el cumplimiento total de los procesos corporativos.

Lo que estarás haciendo:

• Ejecutar el proceso de abastecimiento de materiales.
• Dar seguimiento a ordenes de compra, fecha de entrega, cantidades y entregas comerciales.
• Monitorear y mantener niveles adecuados del inventory.
• Analizar requerimientos de materiales y detectar riesgos de desabasto.
• Mantener actualizada la información de Materiales, ordenes de compra y proveedores en los sistemas ERP.

Lo que aportaras:

• 5 años de experiencia en Materials, Compras o Cadena de Suministro.
• Ingenieria o carrera afín,
• Ingles Intermedio
• Seguimiento y Evaluación a proveedores.
• Planificar, desarrollar y controlar las actividades relacionadas con la adquisición eficaz de materiales de proveedores nacionales e internacionales
