Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to ensure smooth operations, planning, and oversight of receiving, inventory control, and shipments. You will lead daily warehouse activities and KPI tracking.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse administration and operation, intermediate-advanced English, supervision of staff, and experience with SAP, Oracle, and JDE. We offer a dynamic team and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, warehouse control, and shipments processes.
• Manage and control inventories with accuracy and reliability.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.

Tu rol en Baxter:

Asegurar la correcta operación del almacén, mediante la planeación y supervision de las actividades de recibo, control de inventarios y embarques.

• Planear coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias del almacén.
• Supervisar los procesos de recibo almacén y embarques
• Administrar y controlar inventarios con exactitud y confiabilidad
• Dar seguimiento a los KPI´s de operaciones el almacén.
• Liderar proyectos de mejora continua (Kaizen 6´s)

• Ingles Intermedio-Avanzado
• Supervision de personal
