Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and service requests.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and identify operational anomalies using Splunk.
• Manage incidents, requests, and change records through ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Support application monitoring, incident management, and operational reporting.
• Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures following established standards.
• Participate in on-call or support rotation activities as required.
