Sovos LatAm is seeking an Analytics Engineer on the Care Analytics team in Mexico City. You will own the data infrastructure powering global support analytics—designing and maintaining the Snowflake warehouse, and leading data workstreams across CRM migrations.

This high-ownership role reports to leadership. You’ll collaborate with ops, BI, and ML teams to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable analytics solutions.

Formación

• 3–5 years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level SQL with strong schema design.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience (tasks, streams, MERGE).
• Python for pipeline automation and data wrangling.
• Experience with CRM data structures and migrations.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical ops stakeholders.
• Background check will be required on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models, pipelines, and warehouse objects (DDL, DML, DQL).
• Own delta pipelines, MERGE tasks, and incremental load strategies end to end.
• Partner with ops stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, buildable solutions.
• Lead data engineering workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrations.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and the team data catalogue.
• Write and maintain Python scripts for pipeline automation, data wrangling, and transformation.
• Collaborate with the BI and ML analyst to ensure downstream data quality and consistency.
