Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting in Querétaro, MX seeks an experienced SQE/APQP Engineer to validate PPAPs, lead APQP/PPAP processes, and manage supplier quality on automotive projects. You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing and operations, ensuring compliance with IATF16949 and VDA audits.

The role requires 2 years in SQE/SQA and APQP/PPAP, advanced English, and solid core-tools knowledge (MSA, AMEF, PPAP, APQP, SPC, QPN).

• 2 years of experience as SQA / SQE.

Responsabilidades

• Validate PPAP of new suppliers/projects with engineering, purchasing and operations.
• Develop and execute the annual PPAP revalidation plan for current suppliers.
• Manage production nonconformities related to suppliers and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate the return of discrepant material to RMAs with suppliers.
• Develop PFMEA, standardized work instructions (CTE), safety releases and other material receipt processes.
• Analyze client requirements, verifying international standards and client specs to ensure SIG implementation.
• Manage supplier charges related to product quality issues per local procedures.
• Conduct on-site audits of current and potential suppliers; close findings with commercial and corporate areas.
• Prepare and present areas for internal and third-party audits (IATF, ISO14001, and client).
• Coordinate with other areas to deliver documentation / PPAP OEM portal access.
